What to ask at an interviewIt always feels strange toward the end of an interview when the interviewer suddenly asks; "Is there anything you would like to ask us?" After spending an hour or so answering questions you have to make the switch to asking some. Don't be tempted to interview the interviewer, be prepared to ask a couple of questions at most. Sometimes these can be an elaboration of a question asked during the interview (like "How would your current employees describe your company?") or be related to the specific job you re being interviewed for. You should already understand the job and its requirements and also know a little about the company. Make sure that the interviewer understands this and that you are interested in the job and have researched it thoroughly. Always try to prepare some questions beforehand to be able to respond at this stage. Here are some typical questions that you might ask, more probing questions could be asked at second interview stage. Do leave all questions on money and package to the final interview stages.
